★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a group booking of 4 rooms and every room stunk of cigarettes but made do with it as we were only there for 2 nights. But unfortunately now all our clothes stink of smoke plus all the baby gear. Room was big but needs updating as it's very old and toilet takes forever to refill and is very noisy! Good location but I personally wouldnt return.

located, reasonable quiet. We are more than happy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time staying at this motel. Me and my partner went to New Plymouth for the first time and stayed at this property for three nights and our experience is absolutely amazing! It's clean, comfortable and the hosts Tony and Ebby are very hospitable. This motel is also accessible to shops, must-try cafes and restaurants in town. It's a highly recommended property and we would definitely come back for our next holiday in NP.

Liked that it's close to town only down fall was needed a bit of tlc come cracks in the paint an shower temp gauge was a bit how ya going an walls are paper thin I could hear old mate next door watching the footy, but good location and quiet during times that the footy wasn't on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family apartment was good in size but I notice the following:
1. Furniture is pretty old with obvious wear and tear.
2. No room service at all.
3. There were a lot of cockroaches near the fridge area.
I wanted to give one star but the size of the room is good with many beds in the apartment, hence two stars.
