★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely clean, neat and tidy. The rooms and the whole place. Close to the beach so we went for a lovely walk along the beachfront walkway. There a lots of restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy and the shower soap smells devine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was perfect , walking distance to the beach. Room was clean but smelling like paint or something. Booked through Booking.com but didn't meet the expectation for what we paid for one night. It was non AC room which I got to know on the spot but when booked through booking it was saying AC room ( not Bella Vista's fault) the property manager has provided the fan but luckily it was raining that day when we took a stopover in New Plymouth. Safe onsite parking was a good thing especially in the rain.
