★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome yummy Vietnamese food here with Pho being quite popular. Busy restaurant with a great ambience in a quite parents on Broadway with plenty of street parking. Open from 11 to 2 pm and 4.30 to 9 pm. They also have dine in & take out. Food comes out pretty quick. The platter is my favourite with wantons, spring rolls, batterd prawns & salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the food at Saigon and the service is always very attentive. But sadly, I won't be going back. My husband and I used the QR Code when we arrived, but I noticed some others didn't. I realise it's difficult for a restaurant to ensure that people code in, but I thought all restaurants should check guests' Vaccine Passes, which didn't happen with us nor with others that I observed. I asked the manager if this was usual and was told normally passes were checked, and I saw that this did happen after I had mentioned it. Also, none of the staff were wearing masks, and when I questioned this I was told they had an exemption as they were allergic to masks. Really? The whole team, including the manager? I was very disappointed and hope that other restaurants in Palmerston North don't feel they can follow suit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great find this is, king prawns were divine the first time I visited and yesterday the won tons were amazing. Vietnamese pancake pictured and the vietnamese chicken salad was sooo tasty. Will definitely go again
