★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered at 4:50pm before they opened, got a confirmation email stating a 5:55pm delivery time, at 6:30pm called and after going to voice-mail several times they told us the delivery was on its way and the driver had "left 10 minutes ago". At 7:30 we called again as no pizza had arrived and they lidd again and said the order never came through, despite my confirmation email. Will never order from Sal's again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's a wrap - will never order from Sals again. Overpriced and terrible service. Ordered over $100 worth on May 22 - the order was late by 30min - I rang to see where it was and all I got was excuses for being under-staffed. Do not offer a service then if you cannot deliver quality product. Or at least call and communicate - do not leave customers waiting. I rang again when it finally arrived, but turned up luke warm - again, excuses. Was asked for my details so they could send vouchers - it's been 8 days and nothing. I will not follow up. I will simply never order from Sals again. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two slices of Peperoni from the cabinet. The dude convinced me to get it heated up and promised it was only going to be 2 minutes. He then proceeded to completely forget my order. 20 minutes later I walk away with my two slices. Pizza Hut is probably the safer bet.
EDIT* After Sal's replying, I got in touch. No reply.. Left waiting twice lol. What a joke of a company. Do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like online orders are not checked often, when you come to collect at the picking time as per the purchase, They ask about what pizza was the order and start making it. ??♂️. so a long wait after that.
Pizza is awesome so please don’t make me take other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure his name,, visited arond 4.30pm this afternoon.the staff working there so welcoming, hardworking.quite impressive. I am the first visit so asked a lot but He tries to do his best even if he looked so busy. Pizza also yum n dough is so crispy! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a half/half buffalo chicken & pepperoni pizza pickup. Arrived at the stated time and the pizza wasn't ready for another 15 minutes. The chicken topping was soggy, base was hard and the crust burnt. Very poor quality for a $40 pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to place when I crave for pizza and buffalo wings. However this time, I got buffalo wings almost without buffalo sauce. It was more like bare deep fried chicken with a little hint of buffalo sauce taste. I think you need quality control?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time i had to wait over 15 minutes for my order.
The staff are clueless, as it seems my order was sitting getting cold while i was waiting. In addition the wrong chicken wings were provided.
They are failing to meet covid requirements as all customers had to congregate around the door waiting for orders. Some staff are not wearing masks at all some are not wearing them properly fitted.
I received a call from the owner apologizing for the service. He promised to credit my charge and provide vouchers - 3 months later I haven't received either
