★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service - Won't reckon to anyone - Used Gym for less than 3 months- paid $49 + weekly $20 . On top of that Charged a $29 club improvement annual fee - refused to refund even though nowhere in the contract says its non - refundable-- Don't know why these gyms overcharging this much weekly when you get a better service and quality gym around from $7 a week. Specialty of Birkenhead branch - Old machines , No air condition and a rude manager - very few locations and $20 /week --If you got stick to a contract then tough luck :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience in Club Physical Birkenhead .
I joined Club Physical Birkenhead June 2020 as Winners Plus One membership. According to my contract, a 10 days of notice period applies if I want to terminate or cancel the membership.
I wrote to Club Physical Birkenhead 30 Nov 2021 to show my desire to discontinue my membership. I had thought this cancellation won't go into effect until 10 days later and I can finished all my rest 3 personal classed in these 10 days. However, I received from the club on 1 Dec 2021 that my contract was terminated. I was shocked that Club Physical Birkenhead did not follow the contract of 10 days notice period.
I went to Club Physical Birkenhead 4th Dec 2021 and met Vin who said he was the manager and he refused to let me go inside and he said that the only way I can go into the gym is to have a new contract with Club Physical Birkenhead. I complained by writing email to the owner and said they should follow the contract to give a 10 days notice period but the result was the same.
I am thinking to complain to a higher level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gives zero regard for the neighbouring community.
Located on the second floor of the Highbury shopping mall above all the shops, they have been continuously throwing heavy weights onto the ground causing excessive noise that shakes up the whole building.
Even after multiple multiple complaints and requests from the mall staff, business owners and customers downstairs, no action, no consideration.
Please have some social conscience. We're not asking you to gently place the weights down, just restrain from dropping super heavy weights from knee height or higher.
This issue has been going on everyday for the past many years especially from 3-5pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great gym, mixed of new and old school gear, open plan but the layout creates different environments and atmospheres in the gym, pretty cool. for the price its very hard to beat plus being 24 hours you cant go wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to club physical for over a year now, and I have been amazed by the friendly staff, easy to use/quantity of machines, and even how nice the other people are in the gym! The trainers are amazing at incentivisng you to become your better self and keeping you trying your hardest! 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for the 'winners+1' membership with my husband. Me and my husband were very satisfied. In particular, the free kids club is a very good service for mothers with young children. The staff were always bright and friendly. Sadly, I am leaving this place because of the move, but it was a great time and I want to say thank all the staff.
Highly recommended. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t speak very well English. I struggle and very very hard to talk. The guy at the reception, I think his name is vin is very friendly. I have to use google translate to explain to him what I need in a gym but this guy can understand many languages and very warm to people. As a foreign student, sometimes people don’t want to talk because they don’t have the patience. Vin is very humble and understanding. If I can put 6 star or 10 star for a review I will do this. This gym is good because of the people who work there. Highly recommend and credit to the manager. Xxx thank you Vin, you make me feel I belong ?
