★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in thinking I'd need to cut all my hair off because of the damage I'd done dying it myself for years. Ritchie worked his magic and I still have most of my length, great colour and a new way to follow hair regime which will keep it looking amazing. There was a family there at the same time and the kids cuts were great. Tears at the start but masterfully manoeuvred to a giggling g little 6 year old rock star by the end. Amazing. Highly recommended for anyone... any age! PS the coffee was amazing too.

I would highly recommend her as I was very impressed with her customer service, knowledge and overall professionalism. Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New owner Kim is warm friendly and and professional. I had an amazing cut and blow dry that suits my face. Lovely hot muslin cloth on my conditioner hair made it smooth and hydrated. Much care taken to prevent hair colour on my skin. Will definitely return.

Having had this level of a relationship with my hair stylist in South Africa, where I am from, it's been so encouraging that my daughter and I found Kim. She listens to what you want and more than delivers. Kim, thank you for your professional service and helping me as a Mom fulfill my promise to my daughter of taking her to do her first hair colour/balayage and cut at the right salon with the right person also doing it. Thank you for listening and guiding us and more than delivering. I will highly recommend you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing haircut by Kim today !!! Can totally recommend if you are looking at layered haircut and have wavy hair. Kim is very friendly and makes great suggestions for haircut/ hairstyle as per your need. Not just me but my daughter is singing all praises about how beautifully Kim cut her hair too!! Definitely looking forward to our next service.

We were greeted with warmth and friendliness...had an in- depth consultation with Kim where she listened to what we wanted and gave awesome advice and tips on how to look after our hair..my daughter and I both walked out feeling and looking like a million bucks! And the complimentary head massage followed by warm cloth wrap, I can get used to that ?Thanks heaps Kim and team for awesome service, we'll be back for sure ?
