★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Had my daughter's hair cut, she wanted it below the shoulders and ended up with a long bob that just (hardly) fits into a ponytail. Poor kid is super unhappy.

Although Ana normally does my hair (l would go a couple of times a week if I could as I thoroughly enjoy the pampering I receive), Maureen, Rachelle and Ana are all fully qualified professionals who really care about you. The atmospere is wonderful as the Staff are all so friendly and caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my experience at Haircraft Centre today. I learned a lot about how I can better care for my hair and the reasons why it needed to be cut a certain way for me. They are also a sustainable salon in a very meaningful way and take care to ensure that every aspect of their service is good to the environment. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maureen, Ana and Rachelle are the best! They are always warm, welcoming and attentive. Ana nails my colour every time. I appreciate the personalised care taken and how the condition of my hair has greatly improved through the purchase of recommended take home products. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! Hands down the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to and I’m hard to please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maureen, and her lovely staff, have looked after my hair, and my late mother's hair (91yo) for well over 20+ years. They are always professional, fun, caring and respectful, I always look forward to catching up with them at my appointments. Best advice I have is the amazing shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair saves the colour for aages!! You need to ask the Maureen and her young knowledgeable staff they never disappoint. Thank you ladies for your amazing talents of genuine care for your customers, and always making my hair look and feel great afterwards. ?
