★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression was good, we were welcomed and got to choose where we sat. We were seated for about 5 minutes before another table of 5 came in, our orders were taken before theirs but their meals arrived before ours which confused both my partner and I as we could see that the meals they ordered would be time consuming to prepare and cook. We had our child with us so we ordered a kids meal for him and it came out so hot that it burned his mouth, we had to take apart his nuggets and blow on them for at least 3 minutes. I ordered the steak which stated in the menu it would be with garlic butter, none was to be seen. We also ordered the karaage chicken which came out warm and rubbery. On departure we were asked if we were going to pay in quite a rude manner. Dissappointing as we were only here for a night and wanted to go somewhere nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely well presented last Saturday, good food and well served and fresh and cooked correctly. The Sttaff were pretty helpful and seemed to enjoy helping the Customers , cannot fault the place worth the visit. Worth 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the kids fish & chips for my young grandson. The meal had a large side salad which took up half the plate. The salad was full of thick slices of red onion and covered in a thick heavy garlic dressing. Yuck he said...look at all the onion. Definitely not going back

The food was tasty, staff super fun and we're great at serving, and outdoor dinning is an option. Indoors is cosy and well spaced. My friends and I recommend the burgers and peppered squid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you believe this is $30?? Simply diced avocado, a bit diced tomato and cheese, with dried bacon.....anyone who's even not a chef can make this !!! no presentation at all, and it takes 25 mins to be brought to the table? !!! service was cold too, worst cafe experience in NZ so far?
