β β β β β Really good surfing today. You can choose from a wide range of boards which is fantastic. Tiago was really friendly and helpful as he talks spanish and told me where the best place to surf today was. he was very good to the other tourists around too. thanks esplanade Surf school was an incredible experience. Jose from Spain!

β β β β β My boyfriend and I got a great private lesson from Toby today to work on our surf technique and to learn more about paddle tricks. Very clear information and chill and relaxed vibe. 200% recommended!!

β β β β β Awesome first surf experience. Really helpful experienced teacher with many tips to get me stand up on my board. Amos (I think was is name ? sorry) even offered us to travel 30 mins to Warrington one day when there was no wave in St Clair. He also let us borrow the equipment after the lesson. Would definitely recommend ! 140 $ for 3 days of 1 hour and half with rentals seems to me like a really good deal.

β β β β β Booked online but no one showed up to take my friend and I for a lesson.
We rang their phone multiple times to no answer and waited at the meeting spot for an hour,
Emailed them and got offered to be taken again, we replied to this email asking for 10% off for being mucked around but had no reply,
Awful service and will never be booking with them again and would advise you not to as well!

β β β β β They didn't show up!!! We had booked and paid for a lesson and waited well past our scheduled time, but no one showed up. I tried to phone, text and email, but no reply... when I finally got an email later in the afternoon they said that they were closed due to Covid, but they were still taking online bookings, and it doesn't explain why no one contacted us to cancel, and why you can't contact them when they don't show up. Terrible customer service! Would definitely NOT recommend. I should have taken more heed from the other bad reviews when they have also not fronted...

β β β β β I booked a surfing lesson online for $120 during Easter Holiday this year. No one showed up on the day after sending me the confirmation message via both email and text. There was a lovely young man helped me find the owner at the surfing competition. The owner promised me do it the next day. I donβt live in Dunedin so I extended my stay for another day, based on what he said. The next day there was still no one showing up. I called more than 10 times since Easter till today and no one picked up the phone. I donβt blame anyone itβs all good, but Iβd just like to get my $120 back please.
