★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a brand I love Sandro and have shopped with them abroad for years, I was excited to see they had opened in Auckland and was hoping to find something amazing. Unfortunately the shopping experience was not positive and I would not recommend a visit to this particular branch because it seems that if you stop by in an outfit they deem unworthy, it is not their job to serve you nor pay you any respectful attention. We had to physically approach the group of shop assistants (busy ignoring us and chatting at the counter) for help and the advice they gave us was to try another (cheaper) store, I'm not sure if they realised they were being rude and condescending but I don't think it is necessary to be judged on your appearance. I think given that we were in the store in the first place they should assume we have the money to spend there (funny, considering I was wearing a jacket from a previous collection). My advice would be if you know your size to shop online or to go next door to Maje, where the sales ladies are lovely, helpful and respectful. Sorry Sandro, I love you but your brand representatives in Auckland do not do you justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to shop in Sandro last week as retails are open and Auckland is back to life?? Im in love, the clothes are so chic and the price is really good, especially for sales item. Bought a signiture dress and a black cardigen. The sales assistants there are so friendly and helpful
