★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful staff and shoddy product for the price. Had a belt from here that broke due to poor quality materials in the buckle, rendering the belt useless. I was told that I would be best to buy a new one as repairs would be too expensive and they couldn't even sell me a new buckle to make the belt work again. I was advised to try a shoe repair store... Extremely disappointing for a brand with such a high reputation. I would advise you to take your money elsewhere if looking for quality goods - neither the quality nor the service match the price at Zegna.
