About me Sarah Weber Photography
I’m a happy go lucky wedding, event and family portrait photographer based in Auckland, New Zealand. I travel everywhere for work and get super excited when it’s a warm tropical island!
My summer weekends are filled with romantic weddings and fun family sessions. Weekdays I’m usually at a corporate event or busy editing.
I grew up in the 80’s with potluck dinners, neon clothing and crazy curly beach hair in Mangawhai. My 90’s teen years were spent in Invercargill where undercuts, moleskins and boat shoes were cool! Late 90’s I finished off at boarding school in Auckland. Early 2000’s I spent in Christchurch living the life of a uni student. Studying Professional Photography and Graphic Design. Fast forward to a few years in London, Scotland, Sweden… and now back Auckland.
My Swedish babe Lars and I have been married for over 10yrs. He is my Chic Geek! He researches all my equipment, charges my batteries before each event and is the ‘techie make it work’ guy!
By working from home I am lucky enough to spend more time with my girls. Mia 12yrs and Riley 9yrs. In the afternoons I turn into taxi mom to all their dancing and cheerleading trainings.
Random things to know about me are… I’m allergic to the supermarket and love me a good coffee. Im obsessed with finding the perfect pieces for my mid century, Kiwiana, reto style home!

Sarahβs ability to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable straight away, meant we had a blast and even my five year old who is shy natured, was a star in front of the camera thanks to Sarahβs ability to incorporate fun into the shoot. Sarahβs ability to use the environment around you to get a mixture of shots to capture so many different elements and your βvibeβ as a family is what makes her images so special and something we have to treasure forever. β β β β β Sarah was amazing ! She made it such a breeze to work with honestly most the time we forgot she was our photographer cause the vibes and experience with her was so relax and friendly. It was also a massive relief working with her as she most definitely knew what she was doing always giving us cues and capturing moments we didn't even know were there. She has such a great eye for detail while at the same time not making the atmosphere serious. We didn't even know we could look the way we did in our photos she did such a beautiful job of capturing us and we will forever be grateful to her and her team for being there for us on our special day. Even just leading up to it she had such great communication. As soon as we met Sarah she was professional and we knew we could trust and be comfortable with her to show us and give us what we were after. She really did make our experience one to remember for sure. We highly recommend Sarah, she really knew what she was doing and especially on the day she was so organised being that we were so caught up in the moment she managed to direct and capture our guests so beautifully. Sarah really made our day that much more special and calm and we really couldn't have been so fortunate :)

β β β β β Sarah did our maternity and baby shower shoot. She was amazing! Very friendly, professional and a great photographer.
She researched and found a beautiful hidden spot near us for our maternity shoot. She did all the prep work - all we had to do was turn up.
She also got along with all our guests at the baby shower and injected a lot of fun and humour.
Her communication was great - she keeps you updated and sends through sneak-peeks in a timely manner and delivers her work well within the due date.
My husband and I love her work - we highly recommend her and will book with her again.

β β β β β Sarah is an amazing professional who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of photographing our wedding! I am very "Particular" and sometimes can be very hard to please, Sarah exceeded my expectations in every possible way.
She spent a lot of time talking my husband and I through the process of working with her, from booking, planning, on the day, post wedding right up to receiving our stunning Queensberry album. We have actually only just completed our album 3yrs after we got married and the delay was due to the fact there were so many gorgeous photo's that we could not decide what to put in! The photos Sarah captured truly reflect our whole day and every time I look through them it takes me right back there and I feel all the emotions again.
Sarah has been so patient, kind and thoughtful throughout all of our dealings with her. If you want a photographer that will treat you as a close friend to give you everything you want for your special day then I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.
Sarah is a credit to the photography industry and a wonderful person so I can't imagine ever using anyone else if I need a photographer. Once again Sarah thank you so much for your incredible work with our wedding photo's, they are stunning.
