β β β β β Came in with my mum and sister for our appointment that was booked ahead of time but we waited in our seats for almost an hour watching other people get served that came in after us. We felt racially profiled being the only people of colour in the shop. It wasnΚ»t until we waved someone down and asked to view nail colours and we sat there for another 30 minutes waiting after choosing our colours. When we waved the same person down she laughed before saying they were very busy but why did they set the appointment time if they were fully booked? In the end our nails were rushed and the lady who did them did not cut the cuticles or give us a hand massage as promised in the services. Only after 4 days my nails started chipping from the base as the cuticles werenΚ»t cut when my nails were painted as you can see in the photos. Never going there again. Waste of money for cheap nails and terrible customer service.
