★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with a nice long cut just needed a little off the length and layered came out with a bob cut only a preteen girl would be happy with. Stevie was her name then had no clue what a layer cut was, in addition the water pressure for a salon was not acceptable and was not much more than a dribble. Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend.
