It took 3 and a half years for SRB to resolve this issue to an outcome to their satisfaction, not mine. Zero responsibility taken for the entire debacle.

They are pricy but you are paying for great service.

Got a “senior associate” - for $2000 I got a draft contract with the incorrect names, typos of clauses, incorrect wording of entitlements that would end in a significant error of distribution, and incorrect wording based on issues that were discussed. Disappointed & unprofessional. Paid a lot to fix their mistakes and 2k hasn’t resulted in a useable contract. Do not recommend - save your money, go somewhere else.
