β β β β β Got the medicine after my child's op. Didn't even let me know that I need a syringe to measure the medication. Now I can arrange a babysitter to drive to a pharmacy to get a syringe.

β β β β β Probably rudest service I have had in many years. Pharmacy assistant couldn't be bothered, rude and talked down at me like a school kid. She needs some training in customer service, it's obvious she hates her job and has no passion for it. Never will return, please will go somewhere else.

β β β β β Says on their website close public holidays, but closed all this week when only 2 days are a public holiday. Needing a script that has been sent to them and can't collect! Very frustrating. I can see why all their reviews are so low.

β β β β β I will never go back to the Unichem Forte Pharmacy & Post to mail items, and will recommend that people not go there. I don't think that they are properly trained to take parcels. The person behind the till needs some training in customer service. She was so concerned with that the forms were perfect, wasted a form, and 'marked up my form like a school child' that she neglected to ask me for payment. When I went back she was quizzing me on what I had written on the form. They may argue that I should have known to pay, but given that shop is in a health services building, I think the patrons to the shop may have other, more important life issues on their mind, than making sure a service provider is doing their job. It took much longer than it should have, and I had to go back. After I was contacted because they had forgotten to charge me I had to make another trip to 132 Peterborough Street, out of my way, which also delayed the package. They said more than one person was doing my transaction. Perhaps they need to dedicate a staff member who is properly trained, and has customer service skills to do the NZ Post transactions. So, yes, it was completely my mistake in thinking that a location with the NZ Post signs would treat me with respect as a customer, and process my transaction swiftly and adequately.

β β β β β Lady behind the counter should not work in customer service. She had short dark hair and was tallish.
I have never been so rudely spoken to before. I normally have such lovely interactions there but her service was so bad I had to leave without sending my parcel. I needed assistance with the parcel and she basically told me off like a school child and didn't offer any help. When i asked for a bit of paper she basically threw it at me and didn't offer a pen. She was equally as rude to the people before me, and all customers were seeing these interactions.

β β β β β I've gone here for flu vaccinations, refills, and general purpose visits. Handy location, especially if you're going to SCL, or one of the specialists at Forte. Good parking, quiet location and the team are very professional. Also, their Facebook page was useful for flu-jab updates.

β β β β β I do not like to give poor reviews but I feel as though Unichem at Forte' Health needs much needed feedback.
Yesterday, I collected my wife from Forte' Health after a procedure that she had done. The nurse recommended we collect from the Unichem pharmacy for the meds. As we did not have a prescription, we did not know what had been prescribed. All it was, was paracetamol, Tramadol and Diclofinac. I was charged $45 for the script. This is just pure greed, they are all subsidised medication, one can be purchased cheaper in any pharmacy over the counter.
I am aware that you have additional charges/overheads but that is just robbery.
I also had a read up on your other reviews and I see the same experience of customer service I also encountered, a rude, dismissive and just horrible lady serve us. You either need training in customer service or need a new job which does not have any interaction with the public.
If you worked for my company, you would be looking for a new job today.
I get you have overheads but charging 3 times more than 90% of what other Pharmacies charge is not right, specially when you get topped up for the prescription.
I will use another pharmacy from now on!
