★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good little bank, love the customer service and a vibe when you get into the store.
I like their products and will remain with them.
Update: I gave five stars earlier based on face to face and over the phone interaction when I opened my account and was a new customer but it is certainly gone down.
The five star I would give to the employees who gave A class service not the bank overall as it's not consistent and feels the same when dealing with different staffs.
Mojority of times the hone customer service is rather disrespectful, humpy, rude, does no feel like they want to help but earn money.
I have to think twice before I call like activating cards etc as to what type of treatment I would get.
