β β β β β The retail team here on-site are awesome.... and service has improved significantly since 2020.... Good to deal with... GENUINE interest and great product knowledge..... They do come and go, and suffer from highest turnover..but retail does everywhere....

β β β β β Alea was really unhelpful, felt extremely disappointed with his customer service quality, consistently raising up his voice like customer did something wrong to him. My broadband been deactivated by Vodafone company while I moved to new apartment, but Iβve only asked for address change which I only found out yesterday as my internet connection was fully gone. Store team rather then helping me out from a situation that I need to stay home with no internet at all for a whole week, they trying very hard to shut me off with β you wasnβt charged for while you had your internet goingβ. Changing to spark now.
