β β β β β Immeuble propre et sΓ©curisΓ©. Logement d'Γ©tudiants. Seul bΓ©mol le week-end il faut s'attendre Γ des nuisances sonores dans les immeubles autour. Et il y a aussi des travaux en journΓ©e. ΓquipΓ© d'une salle de sport et d'un parking.
 Clean and secure building. Student housing. Only downside weekend you should expect noise in the buildings around. And there is also work during the day. Equipped with a gym and parking.

β β β β β Wort apartment and student accommodation ever. The price is cheap. However. They have been doing renovation for 4 years, nothing has improved. There are leaks, mould and lots of other issues.
