★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's in Mahurangi East Regional Park I thought this was somewhere we could visit and hang out. The only signposted turn off the road happened to be up to a rented holiday home. Don't bother trying to find the homestead or even driving down to Scott's landing on a weekend, was packed and the road was dangerous to drive with cars parallel parked up the narrow roadway.
