โ โ โ โ โ Honestly the worst laundromat and service ever, tried this one because it's closer to our house, he told us to leave the washing and powder and come back in an hour and it would be done for us - came back to washing that was dry but still completely dirty and an empty box of washing powder, when we dropped it off brand new unopened. Very upset! Paid $40 for all of our washing powder to be used on one load and still dirty washing?

BEWARE you have buy ( & use) their Tokens in their machines...
Only 2 laundry folding shelfs, could do with more....
Laundry powder/liquid machine was working ( due to supplies issue due to Covid..) But owners had supplied some power for patrons to use free!!!

Well to answer. I was there and I have used your services.
To be honest it was one of the worst laundromat services in Auckland.
1.There was a guy and he was way too rude.
2.I was asked to leave my washing and come back after some time and he told the washing will be done, when I came back it was still not done.
3.I told him I can do it by myself, he said no, and he will do it. So, he told me to come back after some time. (It was a time waste), he should have told me we are busy.
4.It was expensive compared to other laundromats
5.BROKE MY BASKET - I asked him immediately about it, which made him angry and he reluctantly answered I donโt know. I still use the same basket and each time I look at it I recall the whole episode. I live close by if you want, I can get my basket and show you.
FYI! I do not randomly give ratings. I am a traveler and I give honest reviews to help people around me. As a service provider you need to know how to revert to your customers rather than rudely copy pasting your replies.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent prices and quick cycles! Not quite the 5 star experience the website advertises but maybe the vibe is different if you go during the week? Cool to know we have an alright laundromat just round the corner - will be better if the next time we go the service of switching from wash to dry is available.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited here to wash a bulky mattress cover that was not going to fit in my home washing machine. I did some online research before turning up to ensure I had some stuff to keep me busy while waiting. The website and the front door say that there is Freeview TV and free Wifi, but the TVs were all off, and there was no wifi available.
The laundromat does not take cash and you are required to purchase tokens using EFTPOS/Credit only. Small wash was $4 worth of tokens, and that was enough for me - although note that there is only one small machine. Rest are L or XL and cost considerably more - $6 for large and $8 for XL. Note that the L and XL machines also cost more for hot wash.
Parking was a bit of a nightmare and is fairly limited. There's a tiny driveway but not sure if there is parking down there. Ended up parking around the corner.
Seating is pretty limited and only really able to sit 5 in a fairly intimate format on the two orange couches. Rest of the shop is empty and could easily fit another seating area.
Finally, the dispenser for washing products only puts out one product and the other options have just been crossed off. There needs to be more variety. Absolutely no fabric softener available either.
One of the folding tables was broken near the door too. Also, how does the free wash on every 10 visits work (as advertised on the door) if the place is self service and there is no obvious loyalty system?
