★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend Sea Kayak Adventures enough for your Marlborough sound adventure needs. Aaron helped us plan and book our self guided 3 day walk/run on the QC track and full day guided kayak. Everything was perfect, even the weather. Aaron gave us a quick briefing before our water taxi and we felt super prepared and relaxed about everything.
We loved our experience on the track and the accomodation was just superb. It was lovely to finish a long day of walking to turn up at a lodge and have your bag waiting for you (water taxi transfer arranged by Aaron) and your room ready. (Furneaux and Punga Cove are super special places to stay).
The full day kayaking on day 4 was a real highlight for us. Jeremy took great care of us for the day and was obviously super knowledgeable about the area. It felt like kayaking with friends rather than a guided group tour. Morning tea and lunch stops were awesome (especially spotting a GIANT stingray hiding under the deck where we were lunching). Despite it being a long day we didn’t really want it to end!
Definitely use these guys if you need help planning your perfect Marlborough sounds adventure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An ab fab half-day kayaking trip around the Grove Arm of Queen Charlotte Sound. A stunning environment, good weather, and our guide Aaron's careful pre-tour prep plus very interesting environmental, cultural, and historical commentary made it a highly recommended experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended, very well run 3 day trip. Cam the guide was first class, always thinking ahead and changing the plan according to the conditions. The food was great, evening meals had fresh veg all prepared. Not a can of beans in sight! Breakfast and lunch all healthy and tasty. All in all a great mini-break and some life long memories.

Kit was really good, no problems at all. Highly recommend, will definitely be back :) thanks for a perfect way to bring in the new year team!
