β β β β β Fantastic day-long guided kayaking trip of the Marlborough Sounds. Guide was knowledge and informative. Wildlife sightings were phenomenal: jellies, sharks, rays, seabirds, amazing! Lunch and teatime were a treat!

β β β β β It's very confusing if you Google Picton Kayaking as the operators all seem to run pretty much identical trips at identical times. This was the only operator whose website looked like it wasn't an agency for someone else (actually they are all independents but we didn't know that at the time). We ended up being the only couple on the morning trip - originally we planned to do afternoon, but actually morning is probably calmer and nicer plus the hotel was literally 5 minutes from the office.
Dave the owner took us out for a loop from Ngakuta Bay. Really enjoyed the trip and Dave was very good at taking his time to chat to us about the area. Great morning break on the other side of Grove Arm. Saw some birdlife, a couple of rays and a seal lounging on a rock. On the way back my wife relived her memories of the area as she had done the Outward Bound course a long time ago and her 'solo' spot was passed by, Dave had a fair idea where all those spots were. Anyway this has given us some confidence we could return another day (and year) and do an independent trip through the Sounds.

β β β β β Absolutely loved it here there was plenty to do before we caught the InterIslander back to Wellington. We went for coffee and cake then went shopping after that went to the museum then went and took some beautiful photos of the place. I wanna go back to the South Island I miss it already???? Thanks for all you offered to me and my Husband on our 22nd wedding anniversary South Island it was AMAZING!!! We will never forget it and I definitely am coming back??????

β β β β β I did one day of Queen Charlotte Track on MTB and it was awesome. I had really good bike in a perfect condition. All trip was well organized with water taxis and also including track permit. I recommend.

β β β β β Pretty awesome for a first timer. Dryden Bay was pretty private and restful. A great place if your looking to relax and go out on the water.

β β β β β We had the most amazing experience walking the Queen Charlotte Track through their service. Everything went so well we loved the service and the entire experience and felt we got great value for the money as well. Would do it again and highly recommend!!
