★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good stay at Seabreeze holiday park for about 6-7 weeks. First of all the staff was always friendly, super helpful, positive attitude. I worked at the kiwifruit orchard right across the road. Nice and quiet stay. Bathrooms, toilets, kitchen, lounge almost cleaned every day. Only 50cents for a long hot shower (coins go to charity). Laundry onsite, big outdoor space, indoor gym.. Sometimes it fills up during the weekends, keep valuables safely stored. Always quiet at evening/night time. Restaurant with wood fired pizzas onsite, brewery.. Close to Hot water beach, cathedral cove, Hahei, Tairua, Whitianga.. Would definitely stay again. Take care guys:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place with lovely people. Great brewery with a good selection of local beers and possibly the best fish tacos I've had this side of town. Very close to all the attractions in the area, and did I mention the place is dog friendly? All the cutest pups you could ever need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infested with bed bugs.
Unfortunately the room we stayed in (with two bunk beds) was infested with bed bugs. We left immediately the next day and had to cut our holiday short. We spent our bank holiday weekend throwing away our stuff and washing our clothes at the laundromat because we didn’t want to bring the bed bugs into our own house. We had bed bug bites all over our body and had to get medication and cream from the doctors.
The staff told us they would close down the room but after reading some other reviews on here I’m not sure they will. I really hope they do because bed bugs are horrible - they cause terrible itching and scarring, and can cost a fortune to get rid of if you don’t act quick!
We got some money back, but not all of it.
Put simply this place is a health hazard.
It’s a shame because the staff member I dealt with (Janey) was really nice and friendly - but unfortunately that doesn’t count for much when you’re left to sleep in dirt and covered in bites and scarring.
I really hope you guys sort this out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly Seabreeze lacks in hospitality, hygiene and utilities. We arrived at check-in time to an empty front reception, so we struggled to find our room or any of the amenities. Our room was comfortably sized but was noticeably dirty from the last visitors. Our door didn't lock and we were situated right next to the dump station which oozed a very sour smell as the temperature changed over the day. The shared bathroom was constantly wet and the doors also did not lock. We would've voiced our concerns to staff if there was staff available, but it really did feel like we were left to fend for ourselves at a rate of 42 a night pp. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere in the area for accommodation :~)

Jayne and Chance are so welcoming and always around.
This place has great hot shower, gym and other facilities including kitchen and lounge are always maintained sparkling clean.
If you drive by or stay in this area for work, Sea breeze holiday park is highly recommended and I cannot think of a better place to stay!
Jayne helped us out with our upcoming journey as well and the place has pleasant vibes just like she does! We appreciate our time here and look forward to coming back when we get the chance :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 weeks. The new owners and family are just lovely. Very helpful and friendly . The facilities were very clean ( daily) and tidy. I enjoyed the parklike surroundings . There is plenty of space ,and very close to all the sights we came to check out Wish you guys all the best. We will be back.x
