Initially when signing up for monthly parking, their service was great and location central for my workplace. However when it came time to cancel my booking, they were extremely slow to respond and it has been a complete hassle to get my deposit returned. I have been emailing them for more than two months to get my deposit back and I still haven't received it. Apparently their 'system' to return money has been down all this time ? but they are more than happy to take your money!! Do NOT go with them. You are better off parking elsewhere without this constant hassle of trying to get your deposit back. Life is stressful enough without this.
