★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved back to Pukekohe after some time away, thought I'd take a chance despite the reviews since I grew up using this place, got hung up on while trying to enroll. Guess I should of taken the reviews more seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been enrolled here for over a year now and the quality of their service just keeps getting worse every time we need to go there.
Today I couldn’t see a doctor because they didn’t have anymore appointments available, they aren’t doing walk-ins anymore, and they couldn’t book me an appointment for tomorrow or even check if any were available for tomorrow because they don’t open their books until the morning. The receptionist said that once they do open their books, they don’t take appointments until 1:00pm.
Currently looking for somewhere else to enrol at even if it means going outside of the Franklin District.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so frustrated with the service here!! I was waiting on some results since last week! No one contacted me until I just called the front desk myself!! (Which i tried to call since the morning, no one has picked up the phone!!) Finally after 2 trys in the last 5 minutes! And she told me that I have to wait for the nurse to contact me! I said will she call today because I really need to know urgently! The receptionist Robin i believe it was, very rude sai that I have to wait because there are only 2 nurses. Really?? 2 nurses on a busy Friday? Then she just hung up the phone didnt wait for me to even say anything else. Worst service ever! Do you not understand that having our results back is very important for us? Also my mum wanted to get an appointment vecause she was sick .. they told her only on thursday they have availability.. that was 3 or 4 days still to wait. wow!! Shocking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are amazing but their new receptionist is very rude. I saw her talking in a fed up way with an elderly man who was having trouble with his card. Also my partner has said shes had a nasty tone with her before. Doctor's are amazing tho!

But everything else all these negative reviews say is correct.
No available appointments, no walk ins, long waits, receptionist speaking rudely to elderly patients, no test results call back.
The worst covid testing station and a rough Dr who jabbed it in so hard & held it in there way to long - I've been tested elsewhere so, like most of us, have some experience with this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This would be the best Medical Centre I have ever been involved with. Receptionists are professional an so welcoming. Dr Aziz has been the most amazing supportive Doctor after a stressful illness 18 months. I have had texts from the Clinic inviting me to check in. I'm sure my journey to wellness has been a better experience as I have felt so valued by Dr Aziz. The Nurses also. Everyone here seem hand picked for this Clinic. Thank you Seddon Medical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I've had with a doctors. I've been going to this place for over a year and never have I had a booking when I actually needed it. You get sick and you can be seen next week or the week after. Absolutely shocking. It's as if the receptionist expects you to put your illness on hold until you can be seen.
I spoke with the receptionist (Robin) on Monday morning asking if I can get an appointment soon. She told me they are booked out for that day but I can call on Wednesday or Thursday morning and book in for the walk in service. I called this morning (being Wednesday now) and spoke with Robin again, asking if I can book for a walk in today or tomorrow. To which she replied "we can't take any more bookings until next week Tuesday. We are fully booked out" I asked her how that can be and how she has told me 2 different stories 3 days apart. To which she played dumb saying she doesn't know what's happened and that I'll simply have to wait to be seen. I asked her on Monday if I needed to place a booking then for the walk in service so that this exact thing doesn't happen. All she told me was "nope no need just call in the morning and we can get you booked in". This woman has no clue about what she's upto.
I'll never go back to Seddon medical again and i will never recommend it to anybody. The service is appalling,it takes forever to be seen once you have a booking and the nurses there don't seem to have any idea about what's going on.
Stay clear from this place, the A&E is more reliable then these jokers.
