★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never met the same Dr twice. When I call and ask for a Diabetic nurse to call, I don't hear back. Makes me feel like its a waste of their time. I'd leave but the reviews for the other place, are worse. My only regret moving to Pukekohe is that the healthcare down here is so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Reddy is just THE BEST! I have had a number of different GP's over the years both in Australia and here, but I reckon he's just brilliant. I visit every 3 months and ALWAYS get a huge smile & a hug each time. He is the only Dr I have ever met who truly understands and empathises with my situation. He takes the time to explain things in simple English, what your treatment options are, and answer even your most simple questions. All GP's can learn a lot from him.
Update on 29/01/21. Plexiglass screen is in place at Reception desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Reddy is such an amazing doctor. Which I could say the same about that nurse Kelsey. She is the rudest nurse I have ever met. She got told to give me vaccines and once the doctor left made a snarky comment saying I took her other patients vaccines. Not to mention she’s so rough, had a massive lump for 2 weeks after. Can’t believe such a great doctor would have her by his side. Even an intern nurse treated me better whilst I was in hospital. Disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this doctor but man since a change in practice location the standards have dropped! I have tried and tried to call and book an appointment and the phones go to after hours in the middle of the day time after time. You have to almost plan to be sick as appointments are scarce. My last two appointments were 8 minutes, and I wasn't even finished but still had to pay for a full 15 only to book in again to finish what I was there for. I honestly feel as though they don't take the communities health seriously or maybe its just mine!!!
