★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yum, yum, Seize, superbly placed across the road from Les Mills Lambton Quay, is a brilliant health-savvy treat. Superb menu that's been cleverly thought out to ensure the uninitiated aren't intimidated, but that healthier are properly catered to.
Tumeric waffles and vegan summer are stand out options. The cabinet treats and select your own salads are sure to make for the perfect choice for someone. If only passing through, grab a smoothie that will make all your insides feel good.
Go here to enjoy easy, healthy and delicious options without and of the pretense and enjoy a good slice after a filling brunch.

I've tried the Vegan Eggs Bene, the Super Greens Bean Bowl, and the Pumpkin Waffles.
Chrimony, those waffles are good.
It's all SUPURB. There's a magical little faux-egg that comes with the Bean Bowl that is worth seeing to be believed.
The Pumpkin Waffles are spiced with cinnamon and sweetened with orange and chocolate, they're DIVINE.
The Eggs Bene is wholesome and filling too, your omnivorous friends won't complain.
The coffee is Flight, so it's kinda average but quality still. The shakes are good and the teas are of a decent standard.
I'm a complete convert. Go. Please go.

My 4 salad selection was tasting all the same. Fresh but lacking flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and nice cafe with friendly staff working there. Even in the morning it's packed with people having mornibg coffee and breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and their service and I think I will visit there again when given chances. Super nice.
