After ordering coffee I asked the assistant to clip my coffee card that’s kept in their drawer and she gave me attitude like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Then another staff member came over and while looking for my coffee card commented “I’ve never seen you in here before”. Not a good idea to imply your paying customer is lying.
I won’t be going back to this place for coffee.
I wanted to give zero stars but the system doesn’t let me lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this cafe late in the afternoon. No issues with food or coffee, however staff found lacking. Personal conversations carried out loudly above the music, talking about other staff members by name. Very inappropriate and not a comfortable atmosphere to sit and enjoy a coffee. Plenty of other cafes in wellington, will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I flit between Woodward St and Allen St Pandoro and they are my go to coffee spots. The food and coffee is always amazing. Customer service lacks sometimes, especially when you go every day and they ask what your name is ? A personalised service would make this 5 stars.
