At no point did I feel like I was being sold to. I'm so pleased I signed up for this and really loving the journey. Michelle takes the time to understand what my routine is and doesn't try to get me in to a new routine she knows I won't do, rather works with what I'm doing and makes suggestions accordingly. Her knowledge is outstanding and explains things easily, so I know what is happening and why. Highly recommend her to all.
