β β β β β After speaking with a number of real estate agents we decided to go ahead with Tom and Ivy their enthusiasm and energy was invigorating and they went ahead with the sale going to extra lengths to make this happen, the auction day came and when the property didn't sell that day where immediately and enthusiastically tracking down potential buyers and within 24 hours had the property sold at a very favourable price We enjoyed working with them as we believe them to be hard working and very helpful even going the extra to make the sale go ahead with the least amount of stress, and would and have already recommended them to other people. I have dealt with Real Estate agents in the past but I have never come across agents like Tom & Ivy they are simply put JUST FANTASTIC, ENERGETIC, ENTHUASTIC, HARD WORKING, CONSIDERATE, HELPFUL AND TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL.
Within 24 hours of listing Tom presented a pre-auction offer which was accepted, the auction was brought forward and we had 2 party's bidding which resulted in increasing the monies we received for the property.
