I have always been a fan of sennheiser but after this experience it has made me rethink my product of choice.
Would not recommend sennheiser in NZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased $400 earbuds end of last year and started using them more after my last set failed a few weeks ago. While the audio quality is pretty good - the call quality is substandard and people I am talking to have trouble understanding me when it gets slightly more noisy. I have opened a case with you via your web-page and after a quick first email response where I provided more details back to you I have not heard back again and it's been a few weeks now. This is not acceptable for such a high priced product and while I was pretty happy with your products - this has not been a good experience at all. Trying to contact you via Facebook was equally disappointing where the post had just been deleted. Unacceptable - not to be recommended at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor effort from Sennheiser NZ. Ordered a new cable for my headphones on the 3rd of February. No correspondence back, no tracking number, nothing - a week later had to email them myself to see what was up. The item was not *actually* in stock, due to be stocked on the 7th but delayed. No mention of this on the website of course, on the website it looked like it was in stock. Poor communication.
It's the 22nd now and I had to email Sennheiser NZ again to see what was up. No messages from Sennheiser customer service prior to let me know what was happening. Poor communication. Today they tell me the order is being shipped from a Sydney warehouse and should be with me within.....2 weeks. Not even express shipping after being mucked around for almost a month. So about a month and a half to get their proprietary cable, I would have had better service ordering a knock-off cable from aliexpress.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand entirely, if you have to get customer service on your item you're really going to regret your purchase.
