We are going to have a great new home quite soon. Now if we could just get Auckland Council and Watercare to match Sentinel's standards we would all be better off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing good to say about this outfit. Nearly 6 months after they "handed over" our two townhouses to us, we have yet to get our CCC. Management have been difficult to contact and unresponsive to dealing with the significant issues that they created in this build. We were totally caught between a rock and a hard place; if we raised our concerns with council, we would have had a huge issue getting compliance, and Sentinel acted as if they knew our predicament. They then had the audacity to approach us and ask if we would do a promotion for them. I gave an emphatic "NO". So they approached my partner independently, and when she agreed to do a short video, they posted stills of her promoting their business on the backs of buses. Marie, the owner/ CEO said she was as surprised as my partner was, and promised to take the ads down. She did nothing until my partner got a lawyer involved.
Their "testimonials" are obviously highly selective. Their values of integrity and quality are talky talk: When it comes to doing the hard yards, these guys are wearing clown shoes.
