Almost a one way road down to it. I was in a camper so was stopping to give wY all the time.. but it wasn't a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting place to stop to see wildlife (shags and seals). There are some information signs to learn about the area. There are nice views. Good car parking and the road is sealed all the way. Just takes 5-15 mins to have a look depending on how long you want to relax and watch the seals resting on the rocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day we were there it was very cold and windy butvthat didn't stop me from stopping to look at the seals whom I love. Just make sure you have a hat and jacket in your vehicle just in case.

Free - five mins down a little side road which is well sign posted for “Shag Point”
heaps of seals close to the look out car park , on the grass, in the water and on cliffs around
Perfect for picnics and to take children and the elderly as not to much walking - you could actually see Seals from the car if you look closely in the reserve as you drive into the main car park
