โ โ โ โ โ The no-appointment and cheap rates are the salon's supposed attractive traits. They even have an app that checks you in and tells you how long your waiting time would be. However, the app does not take into consideration the available staff on that day. So my supposed 30 min turned into 55min. It's good that it's inside the mall however, you might lose your spot if you leave. The professional and friendly staff are its saving grace. You can discuss your preferred style cut with the stylist and will try to make it work even if the stylist does not completely agree with you.

โ โ โ โ โ It deserve zero star. Stay away from it, and don't even try them! The stylists are so incompetent compare to other competitors.
I took my 6 yr old son for a hair cut around 2:30pm , as my favourite hair stylist in another saloon was not available. I had some ok experience with Justcuts before, thought I might give it another go. I went in the Glenfield store, two stylists were giving hair custs to two old ladies. I was welcomed by the guy, was told it wouldnt be long, so I patiently waited with my son, even we were still in a rush. There was another asian stylist in the shop in and out, guess she was on her break. After at least 20 mins, when both hair cuts were done almost the same time, then they started to do the cleaning, the gears, the table, the floor by blowing off hairs all over, then swipe the floor. My boy had already lost his patience, jumping up and down. They really really took their time, did it slowly, chit chatting. didn't even care we had been waiting so long with a young child. I said "excuse me? we are here waiting" the lady explained, "we need to clean the station and we need to keep this business practice..."I understand, but it shouldn't take so long, like they apparently tried to ignore us or prolong the unnecessary cleaning tasks. eventually, the lady was about to give my son the hair cut, I showed her the photo of his previous style, less than 8 mins, it was DONE! Not only it was not like the photo, the back hair line not level and I was charged $22 for it! My son's previous hair cut was 30 min and it costed less!
The whole experience was so awful beyond words! Whoever the owner is, please be aware, your staff got attitude issue, lazy and incompetent. With so many similar business around the area, your service doesn't stand a chance. I will tell all my friends to keep away. I also launched a formal complaint to the headquarter.

โ โ โ โ โ Looks like a blind person cut our sons hair, uneven bowl cut. They did say to bring him back to fix it but when we did go back the only person in the shop was the same lady who cut our sons hair the first time. He had to be picked up from school early Monday as he was so upset after being teased about his "bowl cut" Have had to take him elsewhere to get it fixed, utterly disappointed )-: And all this was $26... for a 10yo.
Oh and unlike all other salons they didnt throw gel.in a give it a quick style.

โ โ โ โ โ Even though they had only 1 customer and 2 stylists at 4:50 pm. They didn't serve me. She asked me to book an appointment or to let her know before an hour. Now I know just cuts are for the people who takes just walkins but they don't. Very bad experience and the closing time is at 5:30.

โ โ โ โ โ I usually have a very good experience at this Just Cuts, however on my visit yesterday, my hair looks disgusting. The stylist has cut my hair unevenly. One side of my hair is longer then the other and I'm left with patches of hair shorter then the rest, not only that but my fringe was cut uneven as well. I don't think I'll be coming back
