She was calm under pressure, helped to alleviate stress and very importantly, helped solve any problems that came up. She was always available to answer our questions, and took the time to talk us through the process, which at times was complicated due to the nature of the purchase. Our purchase involved several parties and age groups, and she was very considerate when dealing with all of us. She was flexible in her approach, showed good humour and kindness. We would definitely recommend! and work with her again.

Sharon clearly knows the market extremely well. She is inexhaustible, has everything at her finger tips: just 'leave it to Sharon'. She put me onto all the right people, like stagers, gardeners, cleaners. The best part of all was that she seems to have all her 'connections' on speed dial, so it was actually SHE who got it all done. I simply did the paying. What a pleasure. She has a talent for 'reading' people and inspiring them with confidence, no matter how grim the situation may seem to the seller (me). Her tactics and sales advice are both of the highest order. Sharon, with the support of Kirk, is a class act: efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and charming. I recommend them unreservedly.

Sharon and Kirk are very knowledgeable when it comes to selling your property. They are very clear and precise, guiding you through the whole process.
