★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment we walked in last minute to his open home, Drue demonstrated an ability to balance pressure with a personable approach. He clearly sees the person behind the homebuyer, or seller and seeks to ensure the home, and the buying or selling process matches them. Drue managed a purchase and sale for us, with the support of his colleague Keiran and the great team at Borders Real Estate. He did so, navigating two very different markets and all the associated stresses, which came with it. On the surface, Drue maintained a calm and confident approach to his business and his enthusiasm was infectious. He set realistic targets for both our offer, and the asking price on our existing property, leaving us with a feeling of pure satisfaction. The success fee for Borders is also very reasonable when compared to some of the bigger players in the game. Although new to the business, Drue has an uncanny ability to balance professionalism with personality and his communication with us throughout the process was fantastic. I would highly recommend the team at Borders, and especially Drue himself if you were looking to buy, or list your property. We appreciate everything he has done for our little family.
