Had a confirmed viewing for a rental and drove three hours out of town just to find out when we got there that Shelley Naylor cancelled the viewing for the property. My family and i hadn’t received any cancellation email or call prior to the viewing date. I had sent an email about the situation on the day it happened and a week later still no response from them. Would not recommend at all and the tenants at the property (that informed us about Shelley Naylor cancelling the viewing) said we even “dodged a bullet” with this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After alot of struggle, we managed to book a viewing for a house to rent and recieved an email confirming a viewing time. Made a trip from New Plymouth all the way to Palmerston North to view on confirmed date and time to be told by current tenants that viewing had been cancelled by the agents. We were not informed of this situation beforehand as agents did not tell us or keep us updated. Waste of our time and efforts. Would definately not recommend.
