★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Jacqui because I was facing a mental battle in my running. I was struggling to push through the discomfort in the moment, and kept feeling myself giving up too easily.
Jacqui provides a warm, inviting, and comfortable space. Her nature reflects this, and immediately allows you to feel at ease. For me, the session felt deeply relaxing, powerful, exciting, and left me with a sense of clarity I hadn't had in a while.
The first run I did since seeing Jacqui was hard. But I felt so resourced to tackle it - both with the tools that Jacqui suggested, and the visualisation I could draw on from the session. The most important and unexpected shift though, was that I was having fun again! The discomfort was still there, but instead of shying away from it, I was relishing in it.
What an awesome experience. I cannot recommend Jacqui enough!
