★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After over 3 years of extreme stress - moving house 6 times, divorce, stuffed up relationships, loss of career, life changing accident, unsuccessful surgery, endless appointments, insomnia, extreme anxiety to where any stress made me feel like I had something tightening around my throat and couldn’t breathe or speak, sometimes feeling like I was going to throw up or pass out and major loss of confidence and fear and so much more - I had tried 4 different psychotherapists with no real help.
I have done all the breathing exercises and mindfulness you can imagine plus putting myself in situations to try and desensitise myself.
One of my lovely client has told me a while ago about Natalie-Jane well I finally snapped after thinking for the last time I can’t go on like this anymore. I had thought about suicide many times but I had got to the stage where if I don’t find a solution soon I’m going to do it.
Luckily my brain said what about that hypnotherapist someone told you about?
Well it was the BEST thing I ever did!!!

After the first session I had no more strangulating anxiety feelings. I had the confidence to approach my fears with openness and total mind clearance is the only way I can describe it. I started to have my sixth sense back which I had lost. It was so incredible I can’t believe it. I have had a second session and I’m so relaxed from what I was I’m now just going with the flow now instead of worrying about every little thing!! I’m even starting to sleep better which is sooooo amazing.
I am so looking forward to my next session and having more things sorted. I’m just so amazed at how well it has worked and has given me such hope at the end of a very long dark tunnel.
I highly recommend Natalie-Jane. She is a lovely compassionate understanding person who is wonderful at her job. I can’t thank her enough.

After 30+ years of the same food hang ups and issues , these are now completely gone, so much so that I am now eating a totally plant based diet, in three sessions I am now onto a new life. I can not recommend Natalie enough!
If only I'd known about Natalie many years ago, I can't believe I nearly didn't go through with it either, as I was sure nothing was going to work for me, but after reading a few reviews I thought - what have I got to lose?
I urge you to pick up the phone and give it a go for yourself, your future self will thank you for it I can promise you that!

Natalie-Jane gave me a number of practical tools to cope with my mental health issues and to heal from the inside out, all backed up by science. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shark fear that occurred suddenly last summer after years of joyful swimming in the ocean.
I just wanted to let you know that after my sessions with you I went for several swims in the ocean, yes during Sept/ Oct and yes it was cold. I was pleased that I was probably back to the level of anxiety that existed prior to my fear that accelerated last summer to panic ie: healthy respect , but thinking about sharks or stingrays all the time. That said I went in without the extreme anxiety / fear that had hit me last summer. Which made me really pleased with the result. However over Christmas I have been into the surf a few times and felt sooo much better. There is joy and a lack of anxiety. So thank you for your techniques . I have also continued with the night and day recordings to support your hypnotherapy and I'm sure that also helped.? Thank you again Regards Liz
