★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually never give bad reviews but this was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received and I have to speak up. I'm usually bragging about how awesome service is in New Zealand but this company failed hard. I started communicating with them in November 2018, and asked several times for quotes about my container, of which I was ignored and left to follow up continuously, finally after several weeks of back and forth on Jan 17th I was given a set of numbers that my container shipping MAY potentially cost, not a quote or an explanation of the process as to what would or could happen to incur said costs. At that point time for arrival of my container was closing in and I had no idea what costs would await me if I continued to keep my business with Shipco, they failed to start customs paperwork, and other time sensitive documents with me that I didn't even know I would have to complete in order for my container to come off the dock in a timely manner. I lost complete trust in the company and was forced to switch to another company to complete the transaction. It was a real disappointment and I'm sure it could have been sweet had someone communicated properly. Fast forward 2 months later I receive an invoice with detention fee and a threat to take it to collections email. I responded by asking to speak with the GM who never bothered to speak to me only had customer service agents threaten me again. I paid the money... What else do you do when your being threatened by a bully? The sad thing is I really do try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this company needs to do something internally to fix there b2c communications. Weigh out your options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time long que lack of staff folk lift driver struggle to find the freight. Even you got 1plt pick up you have to wait in long que . According to my suggestion they should give first priority to small pick ups. Because if anyone waste 1 or 2 hours here that is not worth for him.
