★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried booking a shuttle through them and found the person taking the calls and bookings through the phone to be very poor in manners and phone etiquette. Especially when my husband questioned the pick up time. Which was 3-3.5 hours before his flight. She had a condescending attitude and began lecturing him about pick up times. Needless to say he cancelled his shuttle straight away. If you are looking for a mediocre service then give these guys a bell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adam picked us up from airport. He was super friendly and a careful driver. All went to plan at airport. He txt us to tell us where to meet him for pick up. Would recommend Shore Shuttles for an easy trip from Airport to North Shore. Initial booking via 0800 number was friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used North Shore Shuttles for years and had a good service provided until of late when on the past 3 times I have had to wait up to 30min to be picked up, on one occasion having to phone to ask about our transport.
When booking I have always informed the reception that I will be travelling with carry on luggage only so the driver knows he will not have to wait around, I have to wonder if this information is passed on to the driver..
I am aware that at times there are traffic problems and I have been notified by the driver at these times informing me of how long they will be, this is greatly appreciated.
Hopefully the service can return to the good service and promptness we have previously experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific service by friendly, helpful drivers Norman and Greg.. Pick ups to and from the North Shore were on time with delivery to the airport in plenty of time for my departure.
I have used Shore Shuttles prior to this trip and on all occasions found it to be a fantastic service that I will continue to use and recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic experience with Shore shuttles today. A mistake had been made and no shuttle was booked- a quick phonecall to Shore and a driver arrived within 5 minutes. He reassured me that despite needing to pick up other passengers, he was certain he could get me through peak traffic to get to my plane on time- all the way he kept me updated. In addition he communicated fantastically with the other passengers- well done Shore Shuttles and thank you for getting me out of a tough spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 24 November 2018 I booked a Shuttle to pick me up late on 23 December. Without warning I was immediately charged for the upcoming service. Our aircraft arrived about 20 minutes late at 12.17am. I thought That was OK as I had 60 minutes from 11.55pm to make contact. A quick exit had us at the meeting place at 12.30am to find no service waiting. The coordinator confirmed that Shore Shuttles had not turned up that evening. We arranged transport with an alternative well known shuttle service with a cheaper fare. We still await a refund which we are told will happen on 27 December !!!! I would not recommend this Company to anyone. It is now 29 December and still waiting for refund. Sharon says "I have a lot to do and will refund it on Monday...OK ?" Yeh right !!!!!
