Bought the Smoka Kush and had it stop working within 24 hours, took it back and nothing they could do about it until level 2 or if I had bought it back in under 24hours of having bought it. Ridiculous conditions that are not explained when bought. The girl behind the desk couldn't be bothered with the situation, did not have a mask on and quite unfriendly. A shame as have shopped with Shosha for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Caliburn a few weeks back, it burnt two coils and didn't even function half the time. Lady at the front was kind and replaced it immediately. Proceeded to Recommend the best juice I've ever had and the new vape is working extremely well. Thank you so much!
