Comparing them to Shosha, Urban Vape is way better.
Shosha has very expensive products. They break up a pack of 5 coils (worth around 21 dollars) into five seperate coils, and sell each coil at 16 dollar. Juices are way too expensive and volume is much less than what Urban Vape offers and yes, the Urban Vape juices are tastier and I never felt sick from vaping it unlike Shosha. Shosha at one time ripped me off about 450 for a vape product which later on was sitting at 100 dollar range.
I only gave Urban Vape 4 star, not 5 because they do not provide wide range of product. I however, will 100% go back there and support their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loyal customer for years with considerable spend. Ordered freebase ejuice x2 sent nicsalts instead. Live chat no answer, email response with apology will contact following day. Didn't get back in touch. Chased again, liquid will be sent following Monday. By the following Wednesday, no delivery, sent an email advising 3 strikes I'm out.
They asked if it did not turn up?.... I asked did you post it and the answer was no.... Well done...
Dissapointed to say the least. Not interested in refunds, replacements or more broken promises. I have taken my business elsewhere. Other loyal customers beware.
Update. They sent me more juice anyway. Guess what, it's Nic Salts AGAIN..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really liked Urban Vape on an epic level, didn't know it was there all this time and always driving past it!. For me it kind of put other places I'd been going out of the light to be honest, I think I've found my new one stop. This dudes got sofas!, chairs, music, stickers, mods, coils hanging up, juices everywhere, second hand mods at awesome prices!! and a 'really' cool vibe that I hadn't seen before. Friendly as fella, knows what he's talking about, good on advice with juices, and unbelievably had coils that everywhere else I go, I get told they are out of stock! furthermore, these coils are handing up for you to go through yourself!!!. Highly recommend, this place is awesome and I'm sure I'll be back there at least twice a month. Has a loyalty system as well which is great. Walked out on first visit with a new tank, juices, coils, a second hand mod, and a sticker for the car. Stoked. Cheers mate see you again soon. Epic vape shop.
