★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried a menthol vape juice and it was completely unsmokable. It was like eating 20 airwaves at once, it hurt. Rang them to let them know this and they didn't care. They tried blaming the coil then the amount of nicotine in the juice then they finally blamed me. I only wanted to swap it for something decent, not refund. They treated me like I was demanding compensation or something.
Just typical of what NZ has become.
