β β β β β Most rudest and unhelpful staff. Bought a new vape pen from Shosha 24 hrs earlier but 1 of the 2 pods was burnt out. They would not replace the faulty pod because, they said, management would not allow them to touch or test it because of Covid, they could not accept any returns. Rubbish. They have a legal responsibility to replace faulty items. So then they said they do not warrant "consumable" items such as pods. Rubbish, under the Consumers Guarentees Act ALL goods traded by a retailer have to be replaced or repaired if faulty. So then they said I was using the wrong liquid "it was too thick". Rubbish. There was no mention of any problems with liquid type in the instruction manual. The two staff couldnt care less and refused to replace the $5 pod even tho I had bought a $40 vape pen the day before. POOR SERVICE. Train your staff about the Consumers Guarentees Act they are telling customers the incorrect information about faulty product replacement

β β β β β Stay away. The staff will scam you big time worst retail experience of my life completely ripped off. Had to get a new vape as mine was discontinued they told me, so I brought a new vape only to get home and find out its also a discontinued product. Unapologetic con men.

β β β β β Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The staff will literally sit behind the counter awkwardly watching you while talking between themselves, when you ask for help you wont get much as the staff don't seem trained or have much product knowledge. Products are super overpriced and marked above RRP. Tried giving Shosha a chance as the old staff were nice and they are the only shop to stock a product I like, but the last 3 experiences has made me wonder why I haven't been supporting shops that can actually be bothered.

β β β β β I rushed there due to no parking, so my mates had to go around to come get me while they dropped me off. I asked for help and I received it with a smile. That's all we ask for I hope. I just wanted to change the strength of my E-Liquid and me being new to vaping, the staff Arjun assisted me with best options and gave me a choice with different flavours. He understood that I was in a rush and cleaned my Vaporizer and refilled it and explained it very well so I could understand the nicotine ranges so it does not affect my throat.
My experience at Shosha manners was incredible.. Really appreciate the staff for being helpful and patient with me.

β β β β β Store closes early.. just went there and the time is 8pm, and the guy at the counter looked like he had a long day judging by the way he said we're closed.. I asked why an hour early, he just looked at me and turned away..

β β β β β Wen I ask for a box of coil, the guy behind the courter just let us wait unil he finished the work he's been doing and then throw a box of coil on the table, in front of us. We feel disrespect and uncomfortable. Please consider it. Thanks.
