★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Shunyata for a 3 day retreat with an open mind not really knowing what to expect and was absolutely not disappointed. From the time I arrived I was feed beautiful food, pampered and also got to experience the Journey. Paru was very gentle in her therapies and I came away feeling a positive shift mentally. So looking forward to what lies ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 5 day detox with Paru for me & my wife, to get us back on track with weight loss, but we got so much more.
We discovered so much about ourselves, including how our emotions were affecting why we were not losing weight.
We have been married for almost 32 years, but we left the idyllic surroundings of Shunyata, knowing each other more deeply.
We had been in the hospitality industry for a number of years so thought that we knew a lot about food, but Paru has shown us how good clean food can be prepared. Her meals were amazing.
Whatever you are having trouble with, I know Paru can help and I can't recommend her retreat enough.
Thank you so much Paru for your love, care and attentiveness. We look forward to continuing our journey.

I was looking for a break and a bit of a treat but got so much more out of my five days,
I can't recommend this retreat enough, it resets your soul!

It was a great journey of self discovery. Nothing is rushed and I came away feeling like I was floating home. It truly was a Body, MInd and Soul experience where I discovered many things about myself. This will no doubt help me deal with the past present and future. Thank you so much Paru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from the 3 day emotional wellness retreat. Had a wonderful time, with lovely company and amazing food! The weekend was jam packed with treatments and therapies to help with my emotional wellness. From the Journey and ozone sauna, to a massage and hydro bath, as well as a lovely walk, yoga as well as time to lounge on the deck in the sun. Paru went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. When I struggled with the second journey, Paru changed things up and I feel like I have made the discovery I was hoping for! Thanks again for a wonderful weekend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife found this hidden paradise in Diamond Harbour by accident. She was looking for an accommodation wherein we can spend the weekend prior to her leaving NZ for a new adventure in her career. This probably was not an accident but meant to be. We have met lovely Paru who proved to be an exceptional host and made us feel very welcomed. The day started with a cup of tea and a chat which made us feel at home. Then went on with the spa over looking the harbor, to relax and disconnect. The lunch was superb and the massages are exceptional. The treatment experience was different and we highly recommend this to couples.
