★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mani - pedi was below average.. I had to ask for cuticles to be removed. She was surprised when I asked for it. I’ve never had mani or pedi without cuticles removed. I had gel nail polish which was also pretty bad and I paid almost $250 for this!!! I like the facial though..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a back and neck massage this morning which was a gift, wow it was good. Went for the higher pressure, how can it be painful but good at the same time? Felt relaxed the rest of the day, thanks for the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely facial. My skin is sensitive so the therapist picked out exactly the correct products to use on my face & sent me away with some samples to try. I'm not petite so I felt the bed was comfy and the room surroundings & music were relaxing. Lovely welcoming staff who look after you. Thank you Ali you're awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was gifted a $750 voucher as a thank you , but did not think it was worth the value . My nail polish came off as soon as I went to leave . My cuticles where not cut. Which surprised me. I will say staff are lovely and building is amazing. But I felt that you dont get alot for the value of the voucher , came out feeling underwhelmed , and disappointed as it was a gift from my mother and father as a thank you for looking after my mother before she passed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a massage for my long distance boyfriend as a surprise. The receptionist was so accommodating and helpful, and even helped me print out a letter and presented it in a beautiful way for my boyfriend. My boyfriend was really happy about the massage and the therapist was very professional and helped him relieve all the tension. It was so good that he wished he could have it everyday! Thank you very much again for the exceptional service and experience!!! All the best:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my 40th birthday there 6yrs ago. It was my first time at Spa. I loved it, it was so nice to be pampered. I spent the morning there my two younger sisters. The middle sister is Aussie so we had hers over there.My youngest sister is 40 in December so I am organizing a similar day for her. I strongly recommend Champs-Élysees Day Spa. You leave feeling like Queen?
