Food was oily and warm at best, portions were tiny for the price we paid and service was terrible. Photos in the menu are very misleading and staff and owner were not receptive to constructive criticism. Will never visit again.

A very disappointing experience and was definitely misleaded by the photos on the menu at the entrance... the photos certainly did not reflect the actual dishes served. Taste wise- the food was very average, and the meat dish didn't appear to be very fresh. The portion was tiny compared to the price we paid for and what was on the menu. The service was appalling, the staff had to come and confirm every dish we ordered when there were only three or four tables dining. Definitely not recommend and will not return again.

Good place to go for a decent chinese meal. Noodles available during lunch but dinner is mainly focussed on dishes and rice. They may still serve noodles if asked if the kitchen is not too busy. Been here a few times. Food is generally good but service can be hit or miss. Parking is usually also an issue as there are limited space especially during dinner service.

Food was awesome, full of flavor, lots of room to sit and have a great family time.

I really enjoyed seafood dish here! Steamed egg with the crayfish brain? juice? was amazing too. Seemed like the little aquarium at the entrance keeps the seafood fresh. The venue had spacious private rooms perfect for work function.

We came, we ate, and then we ate a lot more haha. SOOO many dishes today and I was honestly surprised to have so many that I could call my favourites. Some of them felt a bit like Chinese fusion such as the yellow prawn curry, but the variety all worked. What tasted like bbq teriyaki pork to beef with rice cakes to the sweet n sour fish, all of it would want any day. Their main dining area has loads of tables, but when you've got a group, opt for the truly private rooms in the back that either have their own toilet. Lastly, they've also got a mini fridge in these back rooms for you to grab whatever bottled drink you want and they'll count them up at the end just like a hotel room.

First day out of lock down we were surching for Yum Cha with no luck, all were shut? We ended up at Botony Downs and our Fortune changed ? The owner outdid him self with covering Covid protocol and plus some. We couldn't believe the meals that came out. They looked great, tasted great and there was a lot of it. We had the lunch menu and what can I say. We ordered way too much ? Thanks for the service may it continue in these times you did a great job.

Their private large room is massive! But the aircon wasn’t on so got quite hot and there was no music so was very boring. I forgot to take more photos coz I got drunk. The food was nice I kept eating. Perfect for functions. Service: 4/5 Environment: 3/5 Presentation: 3/5 Food Quality: 4/5 Food Quantity: 4/5 Price per person: $20-$30
