★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so disappointing, I'm not sure how this got 5 stars the fried rice had potato in it?! Smallest portion I've ever bought & $18..outrageous..first takeaway we've had since June & the worst I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling customer service. Absolutely disgusted by the cashier's (a man in his 20s) customer service and attitude both face to face and on the phone.
Called to order during level 3 lockdown, went to pick up with a Visa debit card, the guy there said they only accepted cash/bank transfer. Told him that he could've told me earlier on the phone as many would be carrying around their cards instead of cash, especially during level 3. Then he rudely complained about how he was supposed to bring the EFTPOS machine all the way to the front door and that I should've known(?). Once I came back home, found the cutlery was missing. Called the restaurant back and talked to the same guy, he then rudely blamed me for not asking for one, then hung up.
I've been a regular customer for the past several years, will never visit again. Please train your staff properly, seriously. Absolutely disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great but the customer service by this young man in his 20s (possibly 30s) is so disgusting. He doesn't seem to want to be there. Looks really bothered at all times and annoyed. Almost felt like I was bugging him by ordering food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and even more amazing food! Very close to the Paradice in Botany and there is a carpark just outside the restaurant so very convenient and omgosh... the food is just amazing. My favorite Korean-owned Chinese restaurant in Auckland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You may be surprised with their rates being a little high but the food they serve is worth the price. The quantity is really big and tastes delicious. The customer service was excellent as the staff was giving her best in helping to communicate in English.
Food was served fast and there wasnt much waiting time. Table service was top notch! There is ample parking space in front of the shop as well.
